Nuovi progetti

Ciao a tutti,
scusatemi per essere stata via tutto questo tempo. Sono stata impegnata con il mio bimbo, il lavoro, e la pittura, la mia nuova attività accanto ai dolci e al cake design :)
Finalmente sembra che oggi avrò un po' di tempo da spendere sulle mie torte. Dovrò preparare tre torte per il 21 giugno, per il compleanno della mia mamma, una per il 22 giugno per il compleanno del nipote di 8 anni della mia amica Mini, ed una per il 24 giugno per il compleanno della figlia di 3 anni della mia amica Ermine (un po' di genitivo sassone). Dovrò prepararle in anticipo e congelarle altrimenti non farò mai in tempo ad essere pronta.
Comincerò oggi con quella di mia mamma e la farò a due piani: base 35 cm e top 25 cm di diametro. Farò una torta allo yougurt alla banana con farcitura di crema e fragole.
Poi preparerò la torta per il giovane uomo di 8 anni che dovrebbe rappresentrare una palla da rugby. Per questa avrò bisognio di sovrapporre due trorte da 35 cm che poi intaglierò nella forma desiderata.
Vi aggiornerò più avanti, per ora sono ancora al alvoro e verosimilmente sarò qui ancora per un paio d'ore....

Hello everyone,
sorry for staing away for all this time. I've been busy with my baby, work and with painting, my new activity beside baking and designing cakes :)
Finally today it seems I will have some time to spend on my cakes. I will have to make three cakes for June 21st, for my mom's birthday; June 22nd, for my friend Mini's 8 yeras old nephew and for the 24th for my friend Ermine' 3 years old girl. I will have to make them in advance and to freeze them otherwise I will nevere be able to be ready with all the three of them.
I will start today with my mother's cake a two layer cake: bottom 35 cm and top 25 cm diameter. I will make a banana yogurt cake.
Then I will make the young boy's cake which should be a rugby ball. For this I will need to bake too cakes of 35 cm of diameter whcih I will stritify one on top of the other one and then carve into the desired shape.
I will update you later....so far I'm still at work....and likely I will say here for at least a couple of hours....
